Walking Tours for Clubs

Enjoy a gentle walk in the Sydney CBD to see some historic movie filming locations. Your group will be guided by a local film expert, who will reveal Sydney’s popular and lesser known historical filming spots. Your group will meander through quaint lanes, dark alleys and picturesque streets and hear some trivia and stories about the Sydney shot films.

What we offer for clubs

We can take between 10 and 30 people on a guided walking tour of Sydney’s iconic and historical movie locations. Each tour is approximately 2 hours except for the Matrix Tour which is 3 hours. All tours start at or nearby a Sydney City Transport Hub.

Location options

You can choose from several locations including Circular Quay/The Rocks, Barangaroo and in the Sydney CBD. Otherwise we could consider re-running one of our one-off tours for a group booking.

Your clubs will receive a special discounted per-person price.

Morning tea/toilet breaks

Each tour has toilet breaks along the way. A halfway cafe break can be requested for the shorter 2 hour tours.

Lunch

Each tour ends at a nice hotel, sometimes near a public transport hub. We can arrange a table or special area for your team if the group requests it to enjoy lunch and a drink after a long walk. The cost of lunch is not included in the ticket price, but if it’s of interest to the group, speak with us if you would like lunch to be included.

No deposit required. Book up to 12 months in advance.

We offer tours suitable for all clubs with people of all ages and abilities.

If you have members who are very active but are wheelchair-bound, with impaired vision or have recently had knee surgery or something similar, let us know so we can design a custom path to accommodate everyone.

Tours Start at the Exit of the Barangaroo Metro Station (or at Martin Place Station in case the Metro Line is closed for track work). They run at approximately 3 Hours.
As the Tour requires the Metro and Train Lines to connect to as many Matrix locations as possible, Matrix Tours will run on Sundays as it only costs $2.50 to travel on any public transport all day on Sundays on Opal Cards. If you are an interstate or international visitor coming on the tour, please get an Opal card during your stay to get the cheap Sunday public transport.  
The Tour will finish close to Central Station, close to public transport connections with Light Rail, Train and Buses.
